On May 9, 15MCC's 2026 Partner Conference was grandly held in Wuhan. Liang Lei, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech, while Zhang Yisong, General Manager, gave a welcome address. The company aims to become a leading integrated mining service provider, a world-class copper smelting engineering enterprise, and one of the top 100 global international contractors. He emphasized that 15MCC?has always upheld the service philosophy of "integrity, professionalism, and creating value with dedication," focusing on the full business chain of mining—geology, surveying, extraction, beneficiation, tailings, maintenance, and digitalization—to build an integrated service capability covering research and development, design, consulting, investment, construction, procurement, and operation. He called for fully leveraging 15MCC's strengths in customer resources, concepts and methodologies, business models, and collaboration opportunities, and working together with partners in R&D, design, equipment, materials, construction, and services to achieve shared growth and mutual benefits, embracing the golden opportunity period for the industry with an open and win-win mindset.
Shi Mao, President of Huawei's Steel and Nonferrous Metals Division; Liu Jiansen, Vice President of XCMG Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.; Wang Haijun, General Manager of China MCC 15th Metallurgical Group's Zhongse Development; and Duan Yun, General Manager of 15MCC?TBM Company, shared cutting-edge insights and practical experiences on topics including digital and intelligent transformation in mining, green equipment collaboration, comprehensive mining solutions, and tunneling services using mining TBM.
At the meeting, Vice General Managers Jin Yingju and Chen Guohua delivered reports on procurement management and subcontracting cooperation for 2026, respectively. The event also released via video the cooperation needs of 15MCC?for 2026–2027, clearly outlining future collaboration directions, supportive policies, and procurement plans, conveying strong sincerity in partnership to all collaborators.
